过渡金属硼化物材料因具有高硬度、良好导电性和耐磨性等优异性能,在多个工业领域得到越来越多的应用。综述了纳米硼化物的主要制备工艺:热等离子体法、热还原法、湿化学法、固相反应和脉冲放电法,以及硼和硼化物在机电、冶金和轻工业中的应用,并对硼及硼化物发展趋势进行了展望。
Abstract:
Transition metal boride materials are made in multiple industrial applications due to high hardness, good conductivity and wear resistance. The main preparation process of nano boron, such as heat plasma method, heat reactive method, wet chemistry method, solid phase reactions and pulse discharge method, and the application of boron and boride in electromechanical, metallurgical and light industrial fields, were reviewed. The development trend of boron and boride was prospected.
